Era da un po’ che se ne parlava: quando si deciderà Marzocchi a tornare sul campo di battaglia delle forcelle a travel variabile, lì dove ha preso una delle più sonore batoste qualche anno fa, quando poi fu acquistata dall’americana Tenneco? Oggi la lieta (si spera) novella: per la stagione 2012 la casa bolognese presenta dei modelli con il nuovo sistema Switch TA. Precisamente la 55, con 40mm di affondamento e la 44, con 30mm.

Secondo le notizie in nostro possesso lo switch è un semplice pomello: una volta girato per abbassare la forcella basta schiacciarla verso il basso, per rialzarla invece non la si deve tirare verso l’alto ma solo riportare il pomello nella posizione originale. È un sistema idraulico, non ad aria, che prende spunto dal primo sistema di affondamento di Marzocchi, l’ETA.
