Well…The big show is over, Rampage is the biggest, burliest and perhaps most talked about and televised event all year. Every year, riders get hurt, push boundaries, prop each other up, get in yelling matches and work their hands to the bone for the love of sport. MTB-MAG can’t possibly thank everyone enough – the riders, diggers, marshals, medics, organizers, fellow photogs and video guys…even the judges. We certainly wouldn’t want to judge an event like this. Follow along for the last day of madness.

Last year, Fairclough fully expected to flip the second of his THREE canyon gaps. This year he greased it. We're still scratching our heads and wondering how Berrecloth's run ousted his.

Mitch Chubey had a MEAN entrance to a lethal gap high up on the hill. In both runs he bailed and didn't hit the gap. In the second run, it was due to a front flat. Bummer.

Reynolds won best trick with this bad dog right here. In his second run he tried his signature running man and unfortunately crashed. Had he landed it, he would have placed way high.

Zink had the same entrance as Strait and it was completely ridiculous. His 360 was the burliest thing anyone did on the whole mountain once again. He flat out got ROBBED.

Darren Berrecloth had a great run but didn't spin or flip anything big. That usually will cost you some points but he was scored surprisingly high.

Then it all came down to this - wind.
On the second run it all came down to this – wind. Andreu and Aggy had 30 minutes due to broadcasting constraints and incoming weather. Given how windy it was, they decided to opt out of a second run and their scores were based off of their first run while most everyone else was scored off of their best of two.
Big grins and a HUGE night ahead for Sorge.
