Commencal has just sent over a sneak peak at a new prototype race bike that Amaury Pierron, Thibault Daprella and Angel Suarez will be racing aboard for the 2021 World Cup season. They have had a bike under wraps for some time now, so it’s interesting to see it come to light. Interestingly it utilizes what Commencal calls a virtual high pivot along with an idler. The photos below provide some idea of what’s going on, but renderings and more revealing shots will tell the larger story. For now we can only speculate…
