Bontrager “Drop Line” Seatpost

[ad3]Today at Sea Otter Bontrager unveiled a new dropper post dubbed the “Drop Line”.  Available in 100,125 and 150mm travel options, its infinite adjustment is cable actuated with a really clean lever and a quick disconnect.  We’ll likely get ahold of one shortly for testing, but for now – here is a peek at the details.

  •   Remote cable actuation with ergonomically designed under- bar lever
  •  Air-sprung hydraulic locking cartridge
  •  Keyed chassis prevents rotation for a stable ride
  •  2-bolt rocker head with micro adjust, 0 degree offset
  •  31.6 diameter with internal cable routing
  •  Includes cable, housing, and 1x under-bar remote lever
  •  On-Bar Drop Line Universal Lever sold separately
  • $299.99
  • 100mm = 565 gram / 125mm = 599 gram / 150mm = 624 gram
