Commencal has updated its Meta TR 29 with the aim of improving its uphill performance while maintaining the lively and fun character on the descents, typical of the bikes from Andorran brand.
The updated suspension system features a more dynamic uphill response and revised geometry with a steeper seat tube angle, longer reach in all sizes, a more relaxed head tube angle and a reduced fork offset, as the newly tweaked main factors of the new bike.
Even the aesthetics have been deeply updated and although the general design follows the previous model, every single detail has been elaborated and revisited to obtain sharper and more angular lines, overall more an aggressive look.
The rear end is stiffer also thanks to the new double row Enduro ball bearings. The suspension system offers 140mm of travel combined with forks of 150 or 160mm of travel, depending on the layout. The wheels, as the name implies, are 29″.
