Gustav Gullholm, the custom bike building wizard at Scott better known as Dangerholm is back at work. After two incredibly creative versions of Spark, the Swedish-born Norwegian got to work on his aluminum Ransom for a unique new creation. This time less showy than the previous works but just as captivating, both for the choice of components and for the spectacular painting that he applied.
Being an enduro bike, the focus of this project has shifted from the weight reduction that characterized the Dangerholm editions of the Spark to downhill performance. These are some of the more interesting components used by Gustav in his construction:
- Scott Ransom 930 aluminum alloy frame
- “Chromacoat Golden Night” painting iridescent from blue to bronze/gold
- Intend Blackline Ebonite Bandit fork with its signature one-and-a-half crown look
- Intend Hover Gamechanger shock absorber
- Trickstuff Maxima brakes
- Onyx hubs with completely silent freewheel
- Cerchi Radsporttechnik Müller MFX Carbon
