As part of the Winter Bike Connection event, FOX Racing presented the new Flux helmet. 12 years after the Flux helmet revolutionized the style of open face helmets, FOX completely revamps the Flux model with a different set of features which put it at the top of its category in terms of safety.
The EPS double density system Varizorb, already used by FOX on the Metah and Proframe helmets, is made even more secure by a cage fully wrapped in the same EPS shell at the rear.
The optional MIPS (Multi-Directional Impact Protection System) improves the protection of the brain by limiting the likelihood of suffering concussions from rotational impacts.
14 large longitudinal ports, between the entry and exit, ensure loads of breathability and ventilation.
The retention system, fine tuned by a roller, wraps 300 degrees around your head, to ensure maximum comfort and a breadth of adjustability.
The closure is entrusted to the now tried and true FidLock magnetic system, already used by FOX for Metah and Proframe.
The visor is broadly adjustable and removable.
