After changing the helmet game way back around 2012 with the launch of the A1, Troy Lee Designs have taken an enormous amount of consumer feedback into account in order to update the iconic trail helmet and launch the A2. Highlights include a massive increase in venting/airflow, MIPS and anchored straps. In other news, TLD have launched an entire new “Terrain” line while updating their whole line for 2017. Take a look at the full catalog here. The rest of the info can be found below in the full press release.
The all-new for 2017-A2 helmet redefines mountain bike safety, style, comfort and ventilation. The first helmet in its class to combine together EPP (for slow speed impacts) and EPS (for high speed impacts) in one sleek package, that will set a new benchmark for mountain bike helmets.
