Liv Launches the New Intrigue LT

[Press Release] – Liv, the company dedicated to getting more women on bikes, today unveiled the new Intrigue LT series. Increased suspension and the latest technology allow riders to adjust the bike’s geometry–making it Liv’s most versatile and capable long-travel trail bike. The series includes two models featuring Liv’s lightweight ALUXX SL-Grade aluminum.

“We developed the Intrigue LT because women who ride need equipment that matches both their fearlessness and drive to advance their skills,” said Ludi Scholz, Liv Global Off-road Category Manager. “There were no compromises with this bike. It’s intentionally designed to give riders everything they need to have fun and shred rugged trails with masterful control and ease.”

Details

  • 29″ wheels (M-X) / MX (XS,S) / MX compatible – all sizes
  • 160mm front travel / 150mm rear travel
  • Maestro suspension
  • Internal storage

The Intrigue LT is equipped with 160mm front suspension and 150mm in the rear, the most travel offered in the Liv lineup. Following Liv’s commitment to putting women first, suspension is custom tuned for women by women–providing optimal performance for the rider.

Featuring the new flip chip Maestro 3, riders can change the head tube angle, seat tube angle, and bottom bracket height to high, mid, or low settings depending on the terrain and wheel configuration. On average, the change between each of the three positions is 0.4 degrees for the head tube and seat tube angles and 5mm of bottom bracket drop. For frame sizes M and L, the flip chip also enables the change of rear wheel size between 27.5-inch and 29-inch, providing stability for different terrain and riding preference.

Geometry

Frame sizes XS and S are solely designed with a mixed-wheel configuration–29-inch wheel up front and 27.5-inch wheel in the rear. This mixed-wheel configuration optimizes rear wheel travel and provides a nimble rear end and a fast-rolling, stable front end. Frame sizes M and L come out of the box with 29-inch wheels up front and in the rear, but are mixed-wheel compatible, providing riders with a customizable riding experience should they choose to swap to a 27.5-inch wheel in the rear.

Additionally, the Intrigue LT features the new integrated storage system, a sleek storage solution built directly into the down tube of the frame for additional space. A clean, low-profile latch opening comes with a water-resistant bag to store snacks or essential tools.

The Intrigue LT series is available in sizes XS, S, M, and Large.
