Nino Schurter Wins The XCO World Championships in Nove Mesto

Nino Schurter is the 2016 XCO world champion, for the fifth time in his career.

The Swissman controlled the race, first chasing then passing local hero Kulhavy, who showed in Nove Mesto that in Rio he is going to fight for the gold medal, together with Schurter and Absalon, third today in Nove Mesto.

The home crowd (50.000 people) could also cheer at Cink’s 4th place, who reached the finish line 2 minutes behind the best three.
