OneUp Components just updated their already excellent remote for dropper seatpost with version V3. The lever is compatible with all cable-operated dropper posts.
The cam shape of the lever has been revised to make the action lighter, with 27% less force required than the previous version.
Not only technical but also aesthetic features. The new OneUp remote uses a super grippy rubber pad that can be replaced both in case of wear and for the simple pleasure of changing color to match other details of the bike.
The pad is in fact available in 7 different colors, the same used by OneUp for the grips in their lineup.
The rear part of the rubber pad acts as a seat for the end of the cable, so the severed part remains hidden and avoids pricking the rider, without the need for the cable end, for a super clean look.
