Picking up right where he left off, Amaury Peirron goes fastest in today’s timed training in Vallnord, Andorra. Hungry to be the first World Cup DH racer to 4 for 4, he certainly has an advantage and an excellent chance, seeing as he’s on home terrain. With weather looming and fickle, things could be very interesting. Loic Bruni cruised into the second fastest spot, showing he’s more comfortable on medium wheels, or at least the current, production Demo, while Gee Atherton got back up there and had the third fastest time.

Rachel Atherton held the quickest time, nearly a minute faster than Monika Hrastnik, a Slovenian racer who’s been on a tear lately. Eleonora Farina rounded things out with the third fastest time.
Timed Training Results – Vallnord, Elite Women
