Loic Bruni put down the fastest time in the qualifying heat barely finishing ahead of Troy Brosnan. Third position for Amaury Pierron followed by Loris Vergier while fifth place went to David Trummer. It was an exceptional performance by Nina Hoffman who landed in first place in the women’s category, finishing ahead of Marine Cabirou and World Champion Rachel Atherton. Fourth place for Emily Siegenthaler and still excellent performances with Veronika Widmann fifth followed by Eleonora Farina in sixth place. Winner of last round in Leogang and circuit leader Tracey Hannah landed back in 13th.
There’s very little to report in the Junior area where in both categories the qualifying round was dominated by the leaders of the overall, with Thibaut Daprela first among the boys and Valentina Höll first among the girls.
