Radon has expanded their lineup with a couple of more economical options based on two new aluminum alloy frames, the Skeen Trail AL and the Slide Trail AL.
The two new aluminum bikes reproduce the characteristics of the corresponding bikes with a carbon fiber frame, but in addition to the aluminum frame they offer more affordable components, reducing the price to 2,200 or 2,700 euros, depending on the set-up between the two available for each model.
The Skeen Trail AL features 130mm travel forks that match the 120mm rear wheel travel. Both wheels are 29 inches and the weight varies from 14.35 for the 8.0 set-up to 14.50 kg for the 7.0 set-up.
The Slide Trail AL has instead 140mm of rear travel and mounts 150mm forks. Also in this case both wheels are 29 inches and the weight is the same as that of the Skeen Trail AL, with 14.35 and 14.50kg depending on the set-up.
