[Rampage] Vets and Virgins Action Gallery

[ad3]
Just before we head back out into the unforgiving sun and dust, we leave you with our first action gallery. As rain is approaching for Saturday, riders started to scramble to finish building their lines and begin testing out each section. This year is interesting – there are a great deal of newcomers showing up as well as a returning vets and past winners. One thing is for sure, it’s just going to get more gnarly as time goes on.

Let’s do this. Kyle Jameson is pumped as always.
Bas Van Steenbergen catching some of the early light.
Nick Pescetto with a close one.
All smiles for Kyle. the 2X winner had a huge crash late in the day though. We’re hoping to see him healed up for finals.
Bernard Kerr heading straight into the heart of things.
Aggy blowing minds. When the sun drops, it cools down and riders start to throw down.
Andreu was no exception. Going APE on his big hip in the middle of the mountain.
Meanwhile, Brandon Semenuk does a great deal of analyzing and works on his connecting sections.
Nothing huge from Brandon today. Just putting all the pieces together. He always saves it for finals
Connor MacFarlane contemplating his big drop as the sun sets.
And a big session in the sunset is always a nice way to finish things off. Nico Vink blasting – moto style.
Andreu flipping deep. He eventually crashed at the end of the night. He took a while to get up, but we’re sure he’ll be ok and charging for finals.
Aggy going massive.
Kurt Sorge – 2012 winner whipping deep into the Utah desert…More photos tonight
