It’s no question that Brandon Semenuk is one of the best bike handlers on the planet. After laying down two incredible and effortless runs at Red Bull Rampage, Brandon cruised into 3rd place. We pulled him aside to get the details on his new bike.
Trek mocked up a really cool paint scheme for Brandon this year.
Custom Troy Lee Designs D3 Lid
Brandon’s signature Chro-Mag “Contact” pedals are the obvious choice.
Chro-Mag “Wax” grips. Non lock on. Extra wide and grabby.
Vivid out back.
World Cup Charger Boxxer up front. Brandon opts to use 3 Magic Tokens.
Nice little mod that Brandon does with his fork. The compression clicker on the boxxer is super smooth and effortless. That’s all well and good, but it’s easy to accidentally bump the adjuster and change your settings unintentionally, and without knowing. Nothing a little electrical tape can’t fix.
Avid Codes for some big mountain power.
Stevie Smith’s signature Truvativ bar.
XO DH drivetrain. World class, crisp and reliable.
MRP AMG Carbon…no lower roller necessary – no drag. Just a little added security with the upper guide block, and a lower skid plate keeps the chain and ring protected.
We can’t emphasize how rad this paint scheme was.
Thanks for taking the time to chat with us Brandon!
