Spotted: Rock Shox electronic suspension

Our editors spotted something really interesting today in Finale Ligure, during the Enduro World Series race: a Black Box ZEB with an electronic lockout/compression control:

The same gear is also on the rear shock, and the athlete that was riding this bike confirmed that he can control the lockout with the Reverb AXS remote control. Wirelessly.

We don’t know yet if the eletronic system is an “intelligent” system, i.e. that opens or closes the compression based on the inputs coming from the ground and from sensor on the bike like the Fox Live Valve, or just a lock out.

Stay tuned for more news!
