Today at the Garda Bike Festival we spotted this new 29er trail bike from Ghost, with a Cane Creek Inline Shock. 140mm travel front and rear, we think, and a quite aggressive geometry meet the trend of companies like Evil, Yeti and Santa Cruz, which all presented new trail bikes with this philosophy in the recent past. Probably the Ghost will be available also with an air shock, to reduce the weight, and with a carbon frame.
Both hubs are Boost, to fit 27.5 Plus wheels and tires.
The shock has the classic Inline lever, to close the low speed compression and slow the rebound down during uphills.
The prototype is in raw aluminium, probably the preferred look & feel of any mountain biker on the planet.
Internal cable routing.
Stay tuned for more details!
