“This is the sub-alpine of Retallack Lodge,” says Schley of Heavy Meadow trail — one of Retallack’s 62 miles of singletrack on offer in the West Kootenay region of southern British Columbia, Canada. “When you come off the peak, you’re in the ‘meat and potatoes’ of this super fun trail — so fun, you shouldn’t be able to have this much flow on a trail!”
