Five-time World Cup overall champion downhill mountain biker Aaron Gwin has learned over his career that it’s not just him out on the course. “It definitely looks like an individual sport,” Gwin says. “But it’s a huge team effort, so that when I drop in for a three-minute race run, I have the best chance possible to be successful. You’re relying on the team for everything.”
