Croissants, Fondue and Enduro?!? Despite their distinct cuisine, when it comes to Mountain biking, the French are known for being consistently fast and for finding themselves on the top step of the podium. Why? Maybe its the geography of their country? Perhaps its the the structure of the French national races OR it maybe have something to do with their errrr . . . “liberal interpretation” of the race courses!
