One of the most fascinating regions in terms of trekking is located between the Chinese province of Yunnan and Tibet: the Kawa Karpo mountain range. Considered sacred by Buddhists, its highest peak reaches 6,740 meters and has never been reached. The Pilgrimage trail circumnavigates the Kawa Karpo, crosses forests, rushing rivers and passes over 4,500 meters above sea level.
Nobody knew if it was feasible by bike.
