With the team sidelined in La Thuile, Italy for the EWS due to injury and illness, Aspen would be an important race to get the team back on track for the remainder of the race calendar.
Aspen would not come without it’s challenges, situated at over a mile over sea level, the altitude would hinder even the best prepared.
Despite being the first race back from a broken wrist, Martin would finish the weekend in 4th place.
Anneke would come back from illness to finish 5th overall.
On the mend since Ft. William, Wyn would face some back luck while passing, which caused him a flat. This would of course take him out of the running for any top result.
Rachel Throop would finish 32nd on her home turf.
