This weekend we saw the return of the Urban DH race to Taxco, Mexico. The race is well known for cobbled streets, super steep stairs and some gnarly gaps.
Andrew Neethling was flying the Polygon UR colors this weekend. His preparation started with a bump though as his entire race kit and luggage was lost in transit!
Not put off and with the help of other riders, Andrew managed to source some clothing and got on track without too many problems. It was great camaraderie between the competitors!
With his temporary riding gear causing a few smiles, Andrew was soon throwing some trademark whips for the thousands of super excited fans lining the track. Brazilian rider Bernardo Cruz took the win with Andrew scoring a 15th place.
