Why does the Shimano EP8 motor rattle?

I’ve been riding the new Canyon Spectral:ON for a while now. It features the new Shimano EP8 motor and a 630wh battery. So far so good. It’s a powerful unit with a huge reach, but it has a little problem: it rattles when riding downhill or, simply put, there is no power on the pedals.

I tried to find out the cause of this. Check out the video and don’t forget to click on CC for the English subtitles if your Italian is a little rusty.
