Yeti now also delivers the Switch Infinity system to a 100mm full rear travel platform with the new SB100, designed for cross country and light duty trail riding.
The basic details: 29 inch wheels, carbon frame, this is available in the lighter weight Turq version and in the “normal” C version (+ 250 grams), with a Switch Infinity system rotated 90° compared to the other offerings from the Colorado brand, thus taking up less space.
They’ve made an interesting choice to mount the new Fox 34 SC with 120mm of travel, which should make the SB 100 a solid downhill performer, and not just an uphill rocket. It is also designed to work with 100mm forks.
The Infinity Switch is protected from rear wheel spray by a sheath, as you can see in the photo below:
