Esisteva un account su Instagram chiamato “Team Rumors”, sempre piuttosto ben informato su quello che stava succedendo nel mondo del gravity. Era sparito per un po’ di tempo, ora è ricomparso di nuovo e ha pubblicato dei post piuttosto criptici, ma che sono facili da capire per chi conosce la DH.

After winning Junior World Champs for Downhill in 2013, only to have Yeti pull their DH program the next year, could the current EWS Champ be ready to go back and prove his mettle in the Downhill big leagues? — Il campione EWS 2015 torna a gareggiare in DH?

Pretty self explanatory. — Gli Atherton vanno a passaggiare in montagna o, come si dice in inglese, to Trek.

This is a bit more cryptic. Well, maybe...Bulldog, and a rider holding a Dutch flat in the GT office while 3 riders are walking out unhappy.... — Gli Atherton salutano GT, dove si trova un Bulldog. Scambio di consegne fra i Team Trek e GT, con Brook MacDonalds che va da GT e gli Atherton da Trek (di quest’ultimo passaggio siamo piuttosto certi). Notare il dito medio di uno dei fratelli.

All we got from this at first was something about Canyon... — A prima vista sembra solo un Canyon..

Ma guardando il camion da vicino si vede una bandiera francese con una roccia con su scritto LA. Francia + LA significa solo una cosa: Lapierre. Sappiamo che Canyon avrà un Team DH, il cui team manager è Fabien Barel. Il campione del mondo Bruni su Canyon? Potrebbe essere, anche se abbiamo sentito altre voci che parlano di un altro grande brand interessato al francesino.
